Application Requirements:
To apply for our community, please meet the following criteria:
~Be 18 years of age or older.
~Provide a valid government-issued ID.
~Show proof of income, with a minimum requirement of 3.50x the rent.
~Submit your three most recent pay stubs. If you're starting new employment, supply an official employment letter.
~Complete and pass a credit and background check, with a $35.00 application fee.
~Expect rental verifications for previous addresses. Applications are considered complete only upon payment of the application fee and hold fee.
Application Process:
To be considered for our apartments, please submit the required information as listed above. The application process typically takes 24-48 hours. Our apartments are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are deemed complete when all necessary documentation is submitted, and all application fees are paid.
